Akkodis is seeking an Data Analyst with data conversion experience for a 1 year contract job opportunity with a client located in Exton PA area. The Data Analyst will work with data conversion, querying data, analyzing date sets from 3rd parties to integrate and migrate into systems.
Rate Range: $55-60/hr
Data Analyst - job responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and querying data, and they need someone that is very comfortable working in data conversion.
- Performs data analysis of business systems to determine data elements, relationships and business use.
- Performs data validation and analysis based on review of conversion technical requirements.
- reates data validation scripts and ad-hoc reports utilizing database querying tools.
- Works with business and technical resources to track and resolve issues.
- Assists clients with problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to determine and communicate the impact and scope of change across a project.
- Takes an active role in communicating project needs and has the ability to identify and resolve most issues that arise during a project.
- Assumes an active leadership role and leadership role as assigned.
- Works independently without supervision as well as in a team environment. Able to work in a fast paced project team environment with set timelines for completion of work.
- Must be self-motivated and have a strong ability to multi-task.
Required experience includes:
- 3 + years of data analysis experience working in data conversion projects.
- Commercial loan accounting or commercial lending and / or with AFS systems, Level III or AFSVision is a plus.
- Competency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of relational databases preferred, working with MS Access.
- Strong data conversion, data analysis, data querying, and working heavily in data.
